Our Box Office is currently closed to the public until further notice (other than on show days) starting January 5th, 2022.

Intent: To provide public access protocols for all events during Provincial/Federal COVID related restriction mandates. This is intended to provide a safe workplace environment for our employees and the public attending events.




Effective November 1st, 2021, all public, age 12 and over, entering the venue for any event will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against the COVID 19 virus (at least 2 weeks after final dose). Patrons under 12 years of age need to be accompanied with a fully vaccinated adult. Patrons with valid medical restriction and medical note will be required to take a COVID-19 test within 48 hours prior to event and provide proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.


Current methods of acceptable “proof” are: 1) physical copy of Ontario Ministry of Health vaccination receipt indicating individual has received 2 doses of acceptable vaccines, or 2) Electronic copy of Ontario Ministry of Health vaccination receipt indicating individual has received 2 doses of acceptable vaccines.

Picture ID is also required.

Face masks will be required as per Step 3 protocols from the Ontario Government except for brief times when eating or drinking,


Refunds will be available to patrons that cannot produce valid/acceptable proof of vaccination. Refunds will be made to original purchaser of the tickets.

Once doors are open to public, no spectator will be allowed to exit and reenter the venue. This includes exiting for the purpose of smoking.


Box Office will enable announcement of this policy for all patrons purchasing tickets. Ticket purchases will not be allowed unless patron has acknowledged this policy.

This policy also relates to all staff, volunteers and 3rd party contractors working at the venue that come in contact with the public, performers/athletes, or any space that the public and the performers/athletes have access to. To be clear, such all such persons are required to be fully vaccinated as well. Proof of vaccination must be presented to their respective Managers or HR representative.

With either the upper level staged auditorium or the lower level banquet hall Centennial Hall is one of the most versatile venues found in London. Our upper level features a large bar area and foyer, and seats up to 1637 theatre-style, 2187 General Admission standing or up to 700 for meals. Our lower level seats up to 700 for meetings or up to 600 for meals. It also features a large bar area and has a separate entrance to ensure privacy during your event.
